My #1 idea: Make a list by rep of your top 3-5 accounts. Meet internally and discuss what you think those customers top 5 goals are for 2012. Put a small package together and review with your customer! You might be surprised to find they have different goals. Either way, you want to put yourself in position tto help them with THEIR top 5 goals….
