The power of data…..targeting the right person at the right time with the right message. For example. I have a microsoft Zune account and an older XBox 360. Why not hit me with an offer than gives me a $100-$125 credit for my old XBox toward the new XBox 360 with a 1 year Gold Card (bundle the $59 in). Once I see i can get Zune on my surround sound through the XBox, i will be hooked on Zune and wont be tempted to switch to Apple. Just one small example
