In Good to Great, what I like best is when Jim talks about the importance of having the right people in the right seats. I relate it back to my territory and can see the positive impact of having the right people. Your chances of success significantly increase when you have the right people and partners (both internal and external).

Those that know me will tell you I love Seth Godin’s book, called "The Purple Cow".  I believe it is the best marketing book ever written!

Let me ask you, are you a "Purple Cow"?  Before you answer, consider why a consumer would want to do business with you vs. your competition.  Are you "unique"?  Are you "spectacular"?   Are you "special"?  I want to personally help you be a "Purple Cow".   I know I try hard to be a "Purple Cow" too!
