I am back on real estate because I feel this opportunity is so large for you!  Check out this article, written back in late 2006.   These are great ideas to share with your real estate customers.  This article is talking about good topics to recommend they add to their web site to drive traffic.  I say, take it a step further.  http://www.famousagents.com/content-ideas

For example, do they create a “step by step guide to let buyers know exactly what it is going to be like to buy real estate in NC.”   - who is printing?

What about a book on ”7 Reasons Why you Should Sell your Home during the holiday season”  Hmm, a like that because some would argue you shouldn’t!

Have you seen Print Planet?  Go to printplanet.com and read the threads. 

They discuss not only my products like the DC260, DC5000, DC8000AP and iGen3, they also discuss some of my competitors like the Canon7000 (you will see why I absolutley say you should avoid that one), Minolta, HP and Kodak.

They also discuss web sites, workflow tools and more.  From what I can tell, it is a great site with good traffic and posts. 

 Remember that anyone can post, so read with caution.    However, some do include phone numbers and company names so if you are really interested, I can help you figure out how to actually contact those and you can hear the live story.

Additionally, if you have to remember that you have to consider your local sales and service team when making a decision.  You want to move forward with a partner that is passionate about your business!  I believe this is a huge competitive advantage for me because I am lucky enough to have what I feel is the “dream support team” (service, sales and business development).

At OnDemand earlier this year, Dr. Joe was on a panel with Gina Testa and Larry Zusman.  You may remember Larry from our GC event on Cross Media at PICA last year.  Anyway, take a look at Dr. Joe’s answers to the questions including discussing change, top 3 concerns, economy, value prop and more.  Worth reading and printing out.

Selling to Realtors?  Although this article was written in 2004, I thought these were great ideas of what successful realtors had done to make them a “purple cow” and set them apart.  These are great ideas to share with your customers and perhaps it will lead to other good ideas.

 I saw this site on MSNBC on “Going Green” and thought it was perhaps the best resource site on “green articles” I have seen.   It is absolutely worth a look, especially if you are calling on some of these industries.
